For the second time this month , a trio of sticky-fingered shoplifters were arrested attempting to steal from the Jefferson Valley Mall in Yorktown Heights. A train-station parking attendant faces up to four years in prison for allegedly using a concealed video camera to record underneath high-school girls' skirts.
