A Jefferson Valley man was arrested and charged with menacing Sunday after he threatened a man who was doing lawn work with a knife in a dispute involving property boundaries on Wood Street. Vincent Lovallo, a 57-year-old Jefferson Valley resident, was arrested and charged with the Class A misdemeanor.
