Jefferson Valley Man Charged With Harassment Spit At Officer, Police Say

Officers were called to 3887 Wood St. on a welfare check when they encountered Vincent A. Lovallo, 58. During the investigation Lovallo allegedly became combative, spit in the face of one of the officers and used religious slurs, police said. Lovallo was arraigned and remanded to Westchester County Jail on $2,500 bail.

Yorktown Police Arrest Jefferson Valley Man On Harassment Charge

YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. Vincent A. Lovallo, a Jefferson Valley resident, has been arrested by Yorktown police and charged with aggravated harassment in the second degree. According to police, officers were dispatched to Lovallo's residence for a check on welfare report.
