A Jefferson Valley man is facing an assault charge after a domestic dispute turned physical and he allegedly punched his victim several times in the face, according to police in Yorktown. Officers from the Yorktown Police Department were dispatched to a Jefferson Valley home at approximately 11:22 p.m. on Thursday, April 26, where there was a report of a domestic incident involving two parties.

Man Caught Stealing From Jefferson Valley Toys 'R' Us, Police Say
A Northern Westchester man is facing multiple charges after being caught red-handed with stolen merchandise from a Jefferson Valley Toys "R" Us, according to Yorktown police. Officers from the Yorktown Police Department received a report of a shoplifter from an employee at Toys "R" Us on Bank Road at 4:44 p.m. on Wednesday, March 28, prompting the investigation.
