Teen Girl Caught Using Credit Card Stolen From Yorktown Home, Police Say

An investigation by Yorktown police into a stolen credit card led to the arrest of a Westchester teenager who surrendered herself into custody this week. Officers from the Yorktown Police Department were dispatched to a local residence at approximately 7:10 p.m. on April 15, where there was a report of a larceny from the home, when the 18-year-old suspect from Cortlandt Manor - whose name is not being released due to her potential status as a juvenile - allegedly stole a credit card.

Employee Caught Stealing $245 At Jefferson Valley Mall Macy's, Police Say

A teenager has been charged with stealing hundreds of dollars from her employer at the Jefferson Valley Mall, police said. Shortly after 6:45 p.m. on Monday, May 7, investigators from the Yorktown Police Department received a call from Macy's with a report of an employee who had been detained for a larceny complaint.
