Yorktown police have charged an 18-year-old resident of Mahopac with criminal contempt, after he allegedly violated an order of protection. An officer responded to the Jefferson Valley Mall to investigate a domestic incident on Monday, May 2, at approximately 6:45 p.m., police report.
