Westchester Parking Attendant Arrested for Trying to Take Video Up Schoolgirls' Skirts

A train-station parking attendant faces up to four years in prison for allegedly using a concealed video camera to record underneath high-school girls' skirts. Acting Westchester County District Attorney James A. McCarty said Friday that Franklin Figueroa, 27, of East Main Street in Jefferson Valley, was indicted on the following charges: McCarty said, in a prepared release, that Figueroa was at the Metro North Train Station in Golden's Bridge around 2:50 p.m. March 2. A shuttle bus bringing students from JFK Catholic High School arrived, and the students, wearing their school uniforms, got out and climbed a stairwell to the train platform.
