A Jefferson Valley man with a previous DUI conviction was charged by Yorktown Police with aggravated DWI and having an alleged BAC of .18 percent. Jhonatan Cruz, 27, was allegedly driving while under the influence and allegedly driving without a license, on E. Main Street in Mohegan Lake.
