Jefferson Valley Mall in Yorktown Heights announced that retailer Hot Topic would open a store on the property in mid-November. Hot Topic joins other retailers and eateries at the mall, including American Eagle Outfitters, Express, francesca's, Gap, H&M, Macy's, Sears, Pomodoro Pizza and Prime Deli.
