Healthy habits will be made fun during the upcoming Kidgits Health and Wellness event at the Jefferson Valley Mall in Yorktown Heights on Saturday from noon to 1:30 p.m. Local families will get the opportunity to meet area health-care and fitness professionals, personal trainers and nutritionists, such as Intrigue Dance & Fitness and Sharon's Little Chefs, while enjoying musical entertainment from Gymboree Play & Music. There will also be delicious and nutritious snacks available and special dentistry-themed arts and crafts projects.
