Police have charged a man who allegedly shouted profanities at a woman at a local supermarket and struck her with a shopping cart. Investigators from the Yorktown Police Department received a walk-in report from a woman on July 6 who stated that a dispute at DeCicco Family Market in Jefferson Valley turned physical, prompting an investigation.
