A man already in custody at the Putnam County Jail is facing new charges after allegedly attempting to steal thousands of dollars from Key Bank in Northern Westchester. A Yorktown Police detective was dispatched to Key Bank in the Jefferson Valley Mall on May 2, to investigate an attempted larceny.
