A man was arrested after police say he electronically completed fraudulent returns into his personal bank account from Sears at the Jefferson Valley Mall, totaling $8.964.77 Pablo Andrade, a 30-year-old New York City resident, was arrested and charged with grand larceny in the third degree, a Class D felony.
