Washington Prime, which owns the Jefferson Valley Mall, told the Yorktown Town Board at a June 13 meeting that it is considering moving Sears to the second floor, according to Citizens for an Informed Yorktown . The first-floor Sears would be turned into three separate spaces, including a 24-hour fitness center.
