YORKTOWN, N.Y. Yorktown police officers recently arrested a 20-year-old Mahopac man on a charge of possessing a cellphone stolen from Cortlandt town government officials. About 2:50 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 29, police officers stopped the man in the Jefferson Valley area of Yorktown for an alleged traffic violation.
