YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. Geoffrey R. Humphreys, a 22-year-old Mahopac resident, Olguita Y. Durate Chacon, a 22-year-old Mount Kisco resident, and Olguita B. Duarte Chacon, a 22-year-old Mount Kisco resident, were charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in an undercover drug bust on Monday, according to Yorktown Police. Members of the Yorktown police department were conducting an undercover drug investigation involving a vehicle located in the Jefferson Valley mall parking lot.
