A 37-year-old Northern Westchester woman was arrested and charged after she left her two children in the car to shop at Toys 'R' Us at the Jefferson Valley Mall in Yorktown on Thursday, police say. Kary Sarrey of Somers was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a Class A misdemeanor.
