Man Possesses Crack Cocaine At TD Bank In Jefferson Valley, Police Say

William Gerbe III, 28, was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, a Class A Misdemeanor after officers initially observed his vehicle had no registration sticker, tinted windows, and an obstructed view, police said. Gerbe was further found to be in possession of the crack cocaine and he was arrested and transported to Yorktown Police Headquarters for processing where he was released on $100 bail, police said.
