A 30-year-old Danbury resident was arrested and charged on April 5 after police found he possessed cocaine while in the Jefferson Valley Mall parking lot. Anthony Scarfone was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the seventh degree, a Class A misdemeanor.
