Test season is just a couple of weeks away and a group has renewed its call to let parents know they can "say no" to Common Core tests for elementary and middle school kids. On Tuesday, there was a renewed call for "Common Core Parental Refusal Act," seek passage of bi-partisan bill to ensure schools notify parents they can refuse to have their children in grades 3-8 participate in controversial Common Core standardized tests.
