YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. Paul E. Cahan, a 69-year-old Cortlandt Manor resident, has been charged with petit larceny after he allegedly fled a Sears without paying for assorted sockets valued at $99.99 on Saturday, Nov. 8, Yorktown Police said. Police say a call was received from Sears security reporting a shoplifter who fled the scene.
