Costumes and Candy at JV Mall; Brookside's eCycling Drive; Lost Wedding Band

The toddler Trick-or-Treat event is from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. and a mall wide Trick-or-Treat for all costumed kids from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m., while supplies last.
